Purpose of the Programme

The Skeyndor Skin Journey is a brand-led skincare experience designed to document a real participant's skincare journey over a defined period.

As part of the programme, the Participant may receive:

• A professional skin assessment
• A personalised skincare recommendation
• Professional Skeyndor skincare treatments, where applicable
• A personalised Skeyndor homecare routine
• Professional guidance regarding the use of recommended products
• Periodic skin reviews and progress assessments
• Photography and video documentation of the journey

Duration

The programme will ordinarily run for approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the Participant's individual skincare requirements and the professional recommendation provided by Skeyndor.

The exact duration, treatment schedule and homecare routine may vary from participant to participant.

Professional Assessment & Personalised Care

The Participant understands that the skincare routine and/or professional treatments provided during the programme will be determined based on their individual skin condition, concerns and professional assessment.

The products or treatments recommended may therefore differ from those received by other participants.

Skeyndor reserves the right to modify, discontinue or replace a product or treatment where the professional team considers it appropriate.

The Participant agrees to provide accurate information regarding their existing skincare routine, known sensitivities, allergies, relevant treatments and any other information reasonably required for the professional assessment.

Participant Commitment

By participating in the programme, the Participant agrees to:

1. Follow the skincare routine recommended by the Skeyndor professional team.
2. Attend scheduled professional appointments and reviews.
3. Use the recommended products according to the instructions provided.
4. Inform the professional team promptly if they experience unexpected irritation, discomfort or another concern.
5. Participate in scheduled check-ins.
6. Provide honest feedback about their experience.
7. Participate in agreed photography, video and interview sessions.
8. Follow the agreed guidelines for progress photographs or videos, where applicable.
9. Inform Skeyndor as early as reasonably possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or documentation session.

The Participant understands that consistency and adherence are an important part of documenting their individual skincare journey.

Photography, Video & Interviews

As part of the programme, Skeyndor may document the Participant's journey through:

• Photographs
• Video recordings
• Interviews
• Professional skin images
• Treatment footage
• Routine/product footage
• Progress documentation
• Lifestyle or behind-the-scenes footage

The Participant agrees to cooperate reasonably with such documentation during the programme.

Where progress photographs are required, Skeyndor may request that photographs be taken using consistent lighting, camera positioning, distance and angles to maintain meaningful visual documentation.

The Participant understands that these materials are intended to represent their genuine experience and will not knowingly be scripted to create a false impression of their journey.

Use of Participant Content

The Participant grants Skeyndor permission to use photographs, videos, interview recordings, testimonials, statements and other content created as part of the programme for Skeyndor's brand and marketing communication.

This may include use on:

• Instagram and other social media platforms
• Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
• Skeyndor websites
• Digital advertising and paid media
• Brand campaigns
• Promotional presentations
• Marketing and communication materials
• Internal and external brand presentations
• Other official Skeyndor digital or marketing channels

The content may be edited for length, format, sequencing, subtitles, cropping or platform requirements, provided that such editing does not intentionally misrepresent the Participant's experience.

Name, Image & Testimonial

The Participant gives Skeyndor permission to use their:

• Name
• Image and likeness
• Voice
• Recorded statements
• Written or spoken testimonials
• Photographs and video recordings

in connection with the Skeyndor Skin Journey and related marketing communication.

Where appropriate, Skeyndor may identify the Participant by first name, age or general location as part of the storytelling.

No statement will knowingly be presented as the Participant's personal experience if it was not actually expressed or experienced by them.

Before & After / Progress Documentation

The Participant understands that photographs or other visual documentation may be used to demonstrate the progression of their individual skincare journey.

Such documentation will reflect the Participant's actual journey and does not constitute a guarantee that another individual will achieve the same result.

Improvement in Skin Condition

Skincare results can vary between individuals depending on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, consistency, environmental factors and individual response to products or treatments.

Health, Sensitivity & Safety

The Participant agrees to provide accurate information relevant to their skincare and treatment suitability.

The Participant must inform the Skeyndor professional team of any known allergies, sensitivities, relevant skin conditions, ongoing dermatological treatment, medication or other circumstances that may reasonably affect their participation or treatment suitability.

If the Participant experiences significant irritation, discomfort or an unexpected reaction, they should discontinue use of the relevant product where appropriate and contact the Skeyndor professional team promptly.

Skeyndor may modify, pause or discontinue a product or treatment if the professional team considers this appropriate for the Participant.

Personal Information

The Participant understands that Skeyndor may collect and use personal information reasonably required to administer the programme, communicate with the Participant, arrange appointments, document the journey and manage related marketing activities.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Skeyndor's applicable privacy practices.

The Participant may contact Skeyndor regarding the handling of their personal information using the contact details provided by Skeyndor.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Skeyndor Skin Journey is voluntary.

The Participant may choose to discontinue participation at any stage by informing Skeyndor.

If the Participant withdraws, Skeyndor will not create or publish new campaign content featuring the Participant after the withdrawal request, except where use is required by law or where the relevant content has already been published, distributed or incorporated into materials that cannot reasonably be recalled.

Where appropriate, Skeyndor may discuss with the Participant the treatment of unpublished or future campaign material following withdrawal.

Participant Responsibility

The Participant understands that the programme is based on cooperation between the Participant and Skeyndor.

Skeyndor is responsible for providing the professional guidance, treatments and product recommendations agreed as part of the programme.

The Participant is responsible for following the recommended routine, attending agreed appointments, communicating relevant changes and providing honest feedback.

Campaign Content & Editorial Control

Skeyndor will have reasonable editorial control over the production, editing, formatting and publication of campaign content.

Content may be adapted into different formats for different platforms, including short-form video, photographs, interviews, social posts, advertisements and longer-form campaign films.

Skeyndor will aim to maintain the authenticity and context of the Participant's actual experience.

No Payment

Unless separately agreed in writing, participation in the Skeyndor Skin Journey does not involve monetary compensation.

Any products, professional treatments or services provided to the Participant as part of the programme are provided as part of the participant experience and do not constitute monetary remuneration.

Confidentiality

The Participant agrees not to knowingly disclose confidential information shared by Skeyndor regarding unpublished campaigns, unreleased products, internal business information, production plans or other information expressly identified as confidential.

This does not restrict the Participant from discussing their own genuine experience of the programme.

Ownership of Campaign Material

Subject to the rights granted by the Participant under this Agreement, photographs, videos, interviews and other creative materials produced by or on behalf of Skeyndor as part of the campaign may be owned and controlled by Skeyndor or its authorised production partners.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Participant's personal identity or personal information to Skeyndor.

It grants Skeyndor the permissions necessary to create and use campaign content featuring the Participant as described above.

Duration of Content Usage

The permissions granted under this Agreement apply to campaign materials created during the Participant's participation and may continue to apply after the programme has ended for the purposes described in this Agreement.

This allows Skeyndor to continue using campaign content as part of its brand communication, portfolio, website, social media, presentations and advertising.

Participant Confirmation

These Terms & Conditions form part of the Participant's agreement to take part in The Skeyndor Skin Journey.

Before participating, each Participant will be required to complete the official Participant Registration, Skin Assessment & Consent Form.

By completing that form and providing the required consent, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate in the programme in accordance with them.
